Use of the platform
Nexovial is a marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers in Bolivia's road construction industry. When you register or publish, we ask you to follow these rules.
Nexovial helps the parties find each other; negotiations, payments and deliveries are agreed directly between them.
Accounts
To publish, create a company or send messages you need an account with your own email address and a password only you know.
Take care of your account and do not share your password. The data you provide must be true and kept up to date. A person or company must not hold duplicate accounts to evade a sanction.
Listings
Every listing must accurately describe the product, machinery or service offered, its price or conditions and its location. Publish only truthful information.
Nexovial may remove or archive listings that do not follow these rules.
Good-use rules
To keep the marketplace trustworthy, every conversation and agreement starts inside Nexovial. Therefore:
- Do not post email addresses, phone numbers or WhatsApp numbers in titles, descriptions, company or person profiles, offers or messages. The system detects and blocks this contact information in public texts and in messages.
- Do not try to disguise contact details with spaces, letters, symbols or images to get around the block.
- Treat others with respect: insults, harassment, discrimination and threats are not allowed.
- Do not publish false information, misleading prices or offers you cannot fulfil.
- Do not use the platform for spam, advertising unrelated to the industry, scams or fraud.
Prohibited content
Do not publish prohibited content: anything that infringes third-party rights, is offensive or misleading, or offers goods or services whose sale is not permitted. Do not upload files with viruses or any code that harms the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The photographs and texts you upload are displayed on the platform to provide the service.
Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Liability
Nexovial is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers and does not guarantee the quality, delivery or payment of what is offered on it. We recommend verifying the other party before closing a deal.
We try to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions or errors.

We use your data to operate your account, show your listings and improve the service.
